Water, Water, Water…. Drink it and drink it some more. Today is going to be a hot one and you can lose a lot of water while working out. Make sure you are drinking plenty of this magical substance and NO!… Rockstars and other energy drinks do not count.

Also a great time to take advantage of the O2 in the machine for a little extra recovery.
