4 Rounds For Time:
400m Run/1600m Bike
15 Burpee Box Jumps
Alternate the run and bike each round
Rest 2 min between rounds

Time for those lungs to burn. Start on either the Run or the bike and switch it each round. Take full advantage of the rest periods and get your breath back then maybe stretch a little or keep walking around so your legs don’t start to tighten up on you. I know you can do it.
