7 Dumbell Hang Squat Cleans 35/15
5 Precision jumps
3 Burpee Box overs

2min rest

10min AMRAP:
400m Run (Together)
20 Push Ups
20 Sit ups

The first AMRAP will be done relay style and switching out each round. Take a 2 min rest then attack the second AMRAP. On the 2nd one you will complete the run together then one partner will do the push ups the other will complete the sit ups. You may work at the same time and you switch movements after each run.
