Teams Of 4
For Time:
500m Row x2
40 ALT DB Snatch (must switch every 10 reps)
40 Partner Wall Ball
40 Burpee Box Jumps
4 150m Relays

This one should be a good time. Teams of 4 split up and start at different ends. Partners A&B, start on the Row while partners C&D Begin on the Relays. For the Row, partner A rows 500m then has to wait until his or her partner has also finished the 500m row before beginning the DB Snatch. C&D will then work their way backwards through the WOD. When you run into the rest of your team you must wait until they complete the task before you are able to start it. Each team of 4 will need 1 KB or Wall Ball, 1 Rower and 1 Box.
