12 Overhead Squats

Some will start on the first WOD and some will start on the 2nd. During the 2min rest we will switch places and make any adjustments weight wise that may be needed. There is no prescribed weight for the Overhead Squats however it should be done at a weight that you are able to complete about 6 reps before setting it down but not be able to finish the entire set of 12.
