Teams Of 3:
200 KB Swings (Russian) AHAP
150 Air Squats
100 Burpee Box Jumps

* 2 Teammates, one person working at a time, chip away at the Swings, Squats, and Burpee box Jumps, 3rd teammate runs 400m. When runner returns another teammate must do the 400m run. You must switch after each run.
