400m Run (together)
30 Alternating Burpees
30 KB Goblet Squats 53/35
20 Pull ups
20 V-ups
10 Push Press 95/65
10 Tire flips
AMRAP 20min

1 partner works at a time:

20min clock will start wen you head out on the run. The 400m run is done only 1x… It is a buy in only. The remaining time will be spent on the other movements. You do not have to go in order but you do have to do the couples together. For example… 30 Goblet squats and the 30 Alternating burpees have to be done back to back. You could then do the 10s, and then the 20s…
