I fell from grace a long time ago and I have been fighting an uphill battle ever since. It has been one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I allowed myself to get lazy, to make excuse after excuse and I slipped, no more like I ran back into bad eating habits. Slowly but surely I have begun creeping back up though. It is a hard climbing but it is worth it.

So why do I tell you of my failures? The first thing I want you to know is… don’t ever stop. It is exponentially harder to get back in “SHAPE” than it is to stay in “SHAPE”. That is number 1. But maybe you are like me and you already had your fall. In that case, never stop going. Each day take a step in the right direction no matter what. Keep moving forward little by little and eventually you will build up momentum. When that happens you will become unstoppable.
