Today on this awesome Thursday we have the option of going at it solo or grabbing a buddy and making it a partner affair. Either way you chose we are starting off with a little skill work for Hand Stands. That could mean a lot of things but the goal is to get a step further in the progression than you were the last time you tried it. It is not about getting a handstand or a handstand push up, its about getting better. Remember, you are more capable than you think you are.

15 min Going upside down… AKA… Handstand Practice

Partner - Relay style 10 Rounds of:

10 Calories on Bike
7 Box jump overs
5 Hand Stand Push ups

Solo - 7 Rounds of:

10 Calories on Bike
7 Box jump Overs
5 Handstand Push ups
*When one partner finishes that is 1 round.
*Rower may be used if needed
