The last 3 days have been a killer for the upper body. Todays wod is meant to aide in recovery while still giving you a good workout. Take it on solo or grab a friend and do it together, either way the rep scheme stays the same . Which ever you choose just make sure to have fun.

Amrap 15min:
50 1 arm KB Swings
2 40ft KB bear crawl
30 Wall Ball

No auxiliary today… at least not in the conventional way. Utilize the remainder of class time to Mobilize those shoulders and or take advantage of the foam rollers. Also a great time to get some spike ball in.
