Ladies and gents this awesome little chipper gives you the choice to team up or go at it solo. If you team up with someone it is still done as a chipper but you may switch out with your partner as needed. Everyone starts on the row and “chips” away at the work out until they have finished. Go in order and you have to finish the movement before moving on to the next one. 1 person works at a time.

Dont forget tonight at 5:30 we have skills class with Ryan. We will be going over the atlas stones to help prepare us for Friday.
