It’s a Clean and Jerk kind of day. Starting off with some skill work to not only warm you up a little more but to give you the ability to work out some kinks before getting heavy. Take your time and stay light, no more than 50% of your 1rm, that way when you move on to the 7x2 you will be very warm and ready to attack it. Rest as needed between sets and go as heavy as you can without sacrificing the mechanics.
