The focus for todays W.O.D. is devoted entirely to strength. You will be working up to a heavy single Front Squat. Take several minutes to warm up with some minimal weights, slowly increasing up to your first heavy single. Take advantage of the rest and when you are ready to go heavy again go for it. 2-4 min between each set should allow your muscles sufficient time to recover, take advantage of that and try to slowly increase in weight over the 7 sets

Bulgarian Split Squat 10-10-10 (You chose load)
L-Sit Pull-ups 1x40 (ideally should be strict)
