This WOD is all about quality both in the squats and the seated box jumps. For the back squats you are working up to a heavy set of 8. Looking to get somewhere in the range of 70%-80% of your 1RM. For the seated box jump we are dealing with pure power. Trying to explode out of a seated position and land on the box for 30 total repetitions. There is no time constraint here so take your time and really focus on your explosive power.
