This is an interval session like we have never done. There is only so fast that you can do the Wall Walk but the Run/Row can and should be an all out effort. It is a sprint to the best of your ability. To keep track of each round place your time in the comments but your total time will be the score for Wodify. Good luck and have fun.

Run/Row, 300 m

2min rest between efforts.
